It’s finally here! Spiral Spine is launching its first official Scoliosis Workshop in Nashville on Saturday, June 27 at Marathon Pilates, from noon – 2 pm CT. Taught by Spiral Spine’s Erin Myers, you’ll learn how to analyze and diagram your own scoliosis using a scoliometer, and then you’ll take part in a workout that’s designed to help you analyze your body as you exercise.

The workshop is open to exercise professionals, teachers, parents of children with scoliosis and anyone with scoliosis who wants to learn more about their bodies and how they’re affected by movement. You must register in advance to attend. Take a look at the video below for more information, hope to see you there!

***NOTE: In addition, Erin will be available for a limited number of private lessons on the day of the training at the studio. If you’re interested, please email erin.myers@spiralspine.com for details on times and pricing. Teachers and practioners are also welcome to sit in on the private lessons– just make sure to email Erin.Myers@spiralspine.com in advance.

Thanks!

At your age Jean, I’d recommend doing Pilates on equipment for your scoli. I have a few clients your age, and Pilates equipment has helped them immensely. Feel free to contact my studio, Spiral Spine Pilates for more information on private sessions. You can go to the contact page of this website and email us there. I hope to see you in the studio soon. Blessings, Erin Myers
