Natalie Hill is a Balanced Body comprehensively trained Pilates instructor. She will meet your body and mind where they are at during each session with a unique approach for every client’s needs.
Natalie found Pilates after being diagnosed with scoliosis in seventh grade. Practicing Pilates allowed Natalie to learn more about her body and empower her to take control of her scoli. Pilates helped Natalie build her confidence in her early teenage years, which encouraged her passion to help others fall in love with their bodies again just like she did.
Natalie felt led to share her positive experience and help heal others, so she went through Balanced Body Teacher Training at Spiral Spine during her junior year of high school, while simultaneously graduating from high school a year ahead of schedule.
Natalie is currently pursuing a degree in psychology and plans to combine this with her pilates instruction after college graduation.
